About Waterseal

Waterseal, established in 1980, has been operating as a specialist supply and installation sub-contractor to the construction, civil and rail industries throughout the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Since our establishment, we have successfully increased and broadened our activities to embrace the waterproofing of highways, network rail structures, major civil developments and contracts with local authorities. We now employ a work force in excess of fifty people, supported by a highly skilled and qualified management team.

We have responded to the challenge of Network Rail to become one of its prime specialist sub-contractors.

Major contracts recently undertaken include: - Proof House, Evergreen, Worcester Viaduct, Kincardine Bridge, The Highland Line, The East London Link and The Forth Road Bridge.

We have also expanded into the refurbishment of multi-storey car parks to include key activities such as roof deck waterproofing, intermediate deck coatings, anti-carbonation /anti--graffiti coatings and construction movement joints.

Major contracts recently undertaken include: - York Road MSCP and Spectrum Centre CP, Guildford, Whiteleys Shopping Centre CP, London, Liberty 2 CP, Romford and Centre Court Shopping Centre CP, Wimbledon.

In addition to these activities, we also undertake resin bonded surfacing which can provide a non-slip decorative finish to areas such as foot paths, driveways, ornamental areas, car parks and cycle ways.
